Commissioned by the small but stylish "Heart Of The Park Cafe" in Akron, Ohio,

this mural takes us back to the traditional ways of making bread. The painted

scenes were inspired by memories and impressionsfrom about the distant past

of traditional Bulgaria. Depicting the hard field labor of plowing and harvesting

on the left panel, the right side of the painting shows an old watermill nestled

cozily among century-old trees and there, out of the baking oven comes the bread

for its ultimate purpose: feeding our children...
